It can fill cream/liquid substances such as liquid medicine, fluid food, lubricating oil, shampoo, shampoo, etc. It has the function of a cream liquid filling machine. Its structure is simple and reasonable, manual operation is convenient, and no energy is required. It is suitable for medicine, daily chemical, food, pesticide and special industries. It is an ideal liquid/paste filling equipment. It have mixer , also with heating system , speical for the material easy solid request heating . The material contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel, which meets GMP requirements. The filling volume and filling speed can be controlled manually.
The filling machine is with a small heating tank capacity of 15L/30L and it can heat and mix material .The internal compartment heating pipe makes it heated in water bath, the water temperature can be controlled, and if the temperature is over 100 degrees it can use thermal oil as well as the heating block put in the feed port to prevent solidification of the material. This machine is compact ahd easy to operate.
