Short Description:

Ice pop ,ice lolly ,Jelly small paste or liquid packaging machine, feeding by film stretching, the plastic film is turned into a cylindrical film by a fixed size former, the back is sealed by a longitudinal sealing device, and the product filling amount is carried out by piston type or timing. Because of the particularity of sealing, the traditional sealing packaging machine is mainly suitable for the packaging of composite film, the main materials are Paper/PE, PT/PE, PET/AL/PE, BOPP/PE, Tea filter paper and other compound materials can be heat sealed.

But for the packaging of popsicle, ice pop or jelly, the LDPE film which is cheap and easy to purchase is more preferred. The thickness of this material is 60-65 micro. The particularity of this material is a challenge for the structural setting of the equipment and the solution of material leakage.
